Yoga Holidays:I have always believed that yoga should be enjoyable, with the feeling of a cat luxuriating in a stretch after a long nap. So that is what our yoga holidays are like. The hatha yoga, breathing and meditation sessions are relaxed and friendly. We work with groups that are small enough (four to ten people) to accommodate individual requests and to answer all questions. Ability levelAs we work in small groups we can be flexible on the ability level, but the sessions are aimed at a range from complete beginners to those who practice regularly and are at an ‘intermediate’level. ProgrammeEach day includes a two hour session, mainly dedicated to hatha yoga (stretching and balance exercises) with a little breathing and relaxation at the end. In the afternoon there is an one and a half hour session, which begins and ends with gentle stretching but is mainly focused on breathing techniques (pranayamas) and meditation. Additionally, each student is entitled to two individual 45 minute sessions, which can be used of develop any area of yoga or for solutions focused therapy.
