La Vigne is a modern villa, peacefully situated on a quiet domain of holiday homes, 10 minutes walk from the center of Sorede. It has been fully redecorated & refurbished with  tasteful contemporary style.  Pretty paths lead to an outdoor swimming pool (with life guard during July/August) & tennis courts for use exclusively by domain residents, as well as private parking. It is especially suitable for  families, but is also a peaceful hideaway for couples. This domain is primarily very French.

Outside

The terrace is private & being fenced is also suitable for small children. This is a relaxing place to eat or drink a glass of local  wine. A pub style bench seats up to six comfortably. Sun loungers, chairs, parasol & B.B.Q. are also provided. In front of the terrace the paths are safe for older children to roam.

Downstairs

The terrace leads via french doors to the light airy sitting room. Furnishings include a sofa bed, coffee table & table & chairs.

The Kitchenette includes a two ring hob, microwave, grill, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle toaster & plenty of cooking equipment. We have tried to think of everything you may need.

The bathroom has a full size bath, good shower, sink, mosaic mirror, under sink wooden storage unit & washing machine.

The Main bedroom is light & airy with a king size bed, large wardrobe, bedside tables & lamps. The window looks out over the terrace & trees.

Upstairs

The wooden stairs lead up to the second bedroom with three single beds. The sloping roof is fitted with a vulux window allowing in plenty of light. Furnishings include a large storage cupboards, bedside table & lamp.

General: fans & heaters are provided for all rooms.
